Respect all players and staff members at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
English is the primary language for all public communications. Other languages are permitted in private conversations.
Do not exploit bugs or glitches. Report any issues to staff immediately through the proper channels.
Advertising other servers or communities is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.
Staff decisions are final. If you disagree with a ruling, submit an appeal through Discord - do not argue in-game.
Multiple accounts are not allowed. One account per person only.
You must be at least 16 years old to play on this server.
Value Your Life (VDM): Always act as if your character fears death. Do not engage in suicidal behavior or ignore threats to your life.
No Metagaming: Do not use out-of-character information in roleplay. This includes stream sniping, Discord info, etc.
No Powergaming: Do not force actions on other players or perform unrealistic actions that give you an unfair advantage.
New Life Rule (NLR): After death, you cannot remember events leading up to your death or return to the same area for 15 minutes.
Character Names: Use realistic names appropriate for your character. No celebrity names, offensive names, or meme names.
Stay In Character: Remain in character at all times unless in a designated OOC zone. Use /ooc for necessary OOC communications.
No FailRP: Always roleplay situations appropriately. Running from police without a vehicle, ignoring injuries, etc. is FailRP.
ERP is Prohibited: Any form of erotic roleplay is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.
Random Deathmatch (RDM): Killing or attacking players without valid roleplay reason is prohibited. All combat must have proper IC justification.
Combat Logging: Disconnecting during or immediately after hostile RP to avoid consequences is bannable.
Green Zones: No hostile RP in hospitals, police stations, or marked safe zones. These are neutral areas.
Revenge Killing: You cannot hunt down and kill someone who killed you in a previous scenario (NLR applies).
Third Party: Do not interfere in ongoing hostile scenarios unless you have direct IC involvement.
Hostage Situations: Must involve realistic demands. No more than 1 hostage per 4 criminals. Cops must negotiate in good faith.
Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM): Using your vehicle as a weapon to injure or kill players is prohibited.
Realistic Driving: Drive appropriately for your vehicle type. No mountain climbing in sports cars, no extreme stunts without consequences.
Pit Maneuvers: Police may only pit above 40mph with supervisor approval. Civilians may not pit police vehicles.
Aircraft: Only certified pilots may fly aircraft. Landing in populated areas is restricted to emergencies.
Emergency Vehicles: Do not steal emergency vehicles unless part of approved RP with staff notification.
Keep OOC chat to a minimum. Use /ooc only when absolutely necessary and keep it brief.
Do not bring OOC drama into roleplay. Personal issues should be resolved through staff or kept outside the server.
Recording/streaming is allowed. By playing on the server, you consent to potentially being in content.
Report issues through proper channels. Do not call out rule-breakers in public chat - use /report or Discord tickets.
Be patient with new players. Help them learn rather than criticizing their RP skills.
These rules are subject to change at any time. It is your responsibility to stay updated. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. Staff reserves the right to take action on situations not explicitly covered here using their best judgment.
